Your website account holds your waitlist place, invite, email preferences and consent records. It is separate from your vault.
Delete it
- Sign in at remempass.org/signin and open your account page.
- Under Your data, select Delete your account.
- Type your email address under Type your email address to confirm and select Delete my account.

What is deleted, and what is kept
- Deleted straight away: your website account, consents, sign-in links and sessions, and an invite you haven’t used. We send a confirmation email.
- Kept: an anonymous record that a deletion request happened and when, without your email address, for 36 months.
- Not deleted: your vault account. To delete it, see Delete your vault account.
Only want fewer emails?
On your account page, under Emails from us, untick “Email me occasional product news.” and select Save preferences. Nothing is deleted. Emails about your account itself, such as sign-in links and your invite, still arrive.
